In 1987 he started his career with Austin Industrial, Inc. as an engineering intern, then was hired as a Project Engineer with Levingston Engineers, Inc. in January 1989. In September 2000, he was promoted to Vice President of Administration and to Executive Vice President in 2006. Appointed as Levingston Engineers, Inc. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President in December 2007. In December 2008 he acquired partial ownership of Levingston Engineers, Inc. and continued his responsibilities as President and CEO. In 2012, he initiated and directed an organizational transition from Levingston Engineers, Inc. to Levingston Group, LLC to allow for a service sector expansion to a more diverse clientele. Member of the Louisiana Chemical Industry Alliance (LCIA) Board of Directors from 2008 – 2013, where he served as the Region 4 Vice Chairman in 2012 and 2013. Also, a member of the Southwest Louisiana Alliance Foundation Board of Directors governing the 501(c)(3), formally known as the Chamber SWLA Foundation from 2010 to 2014. Currently serves on the curriculum advisory board for Sowela Technical Community College and is a former member on the Sowela Technical College Foundation Board of Directors. He has been active in the following business-related organizations: American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Louisiana Engineering Society, Louisiana Political Action Committee – LAMP, various Civic Technology Review Boards, and Community Building Committees.
Dan Leveque

In 1977 he started his career with Levingston Engineers, Inc. as an engineering intern. He received his Louisiana Professional Engineering License (Mechanical Engineering) in 1987. Dan assumed the Mechanical/Piping Engineering Manager position in 1995. Was promoted to Manager of Projects and Vice President of Projects for Levingston Engineers, Inc. in September 2000. In December 2008, he acquired partial ownership of Levingston Engineers, Inc. and was appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Previously he sat on the Lake Area Industry McNeese Engineering Partnership (LAI/MEP) Board of Directors where he served as the President. He is a past member of the local chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI). He also serves on the curriculum advisory board for the Engineering Department at McNeese State University. He has been active in the following business-related organizations: American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Louisiana Engineering Society, and various Civic Technology Review Committees.

Experience includes professional recruiting and human resources within the staffing and personnel placement industry. Screening of personnel applicants for requested job responsibilities and assisting clientele with proper talent acquisition. Donna joined Levingston in 2008 as a professional recruiter along with acting as liaison between Home Office, In-Plant Personnel, and clientele. In 2019, Donna was promoted to Professional Recruiting Manager and Business Development Coordinator. Community involvement and volunteer work is a passion and part of her identity. She has been a member of the LAMP Golf Committee, Levingston United Way Representative, Louisiana Chemical Industry Alliance (LCIA) Administrative Assistant, a member of ICHRMA, A Chamber SW Louisiana Ambassador, on the ABC Special Events Committee, and the Chamber SW Louisiana Golf Committee. Active volunteer for the Chenault International Airshow each year. Member of Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Lee Zimmerman, P.E.

Carrie Moss
Accounting Manager – 15 years’ experience

Experience includes all aspects associated with company accounting, including but not limited to, timesheet and benefits processing, invoice processing, accounts receivable and payable, along with payroll management. Carrie joined Levingston in 2014 as an accounting assistant and was promoted to Corporate Accounting Manager in 2016. Currently, manages the accounting department, overseeing payroll processing, state and federal tax filings, financial reporting, accounts payable and receivable, cost tracking, and 3rd party financial audit support. She is currently and has been a licensed Louisiana Notary Public since March 2018.

Experience includes civil/structural engineering, project engineering, project management, portfolio management, and client management for the refining, petrochemical, LNG, nuclear, and pipeline industries. Jada joined Levingston in 2015 as a civil/structural and project engineer, was promoted to project/portfolio manager in 2022, and then promoted to Manager of Accounts in 2025. Experience with portfolio and client management including portfolio status reporting, monthly client meetings, client relations, strategic planning, and aligning client goals with project execution. Project experience includes the stage gate process from FEL1, FEL2, FEL3, detail design, and construction support, P&ID development, execution planning, schedule development, project cost estimates, and leading high-functioning, multi-discipline teams. Civil/structural engineering and design experience includes process structures and associated foundations, retrofit and rehabilitation of structural steel and concrete, equipment foundations, and site development and drainage. Knowledge of ASCE, ACI, and AISC codes that pertain to design loads, concrete, and structural steel. She represents Levingston on the McNeese Industrial Advisory Board (IAB) and is a member of the Louisiana Engineering Society.
